[solved]Selenium throws WebDriverException after updating Chrome from 64.0.3282.186 to 65.0.3325.146

This happens with 65.0.3325.146, not with 64.0.3282.186.
Confirmed that it reproduces with both Selenium version 3.6.0 and 3.10.0.

It turns out that the chrome driver version I was using – 2.33 – didn’t support Chrome 65.x.
The problem solved with chrome driver 2.36.
